provisions of this act shall be construed to interfere
with the appropriations now made by the State to
the Rockville and Brookville Academies in said
county.

take effect from and after the date of its passage.

AN ACT to authorise the State Treasurer upon
the warrant of the Comptroller, to pay over to
Martha A. Lee, administratrix of Judge Z. Col-
lins Lee, the salary of said Judge for the quarter
ending the first day of January, eighteen hun-
dred and sixty.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the State Treasurer upon the
warrant of the Comptroller, pay over to Martha A.
Lee, administratrix of the late Judge Z. Collins
Lee, who departed this life November twenty-sixth,
eighteen hundred and fifty nine, the quarter salary
which would have been due on the first day of Jan-
uary, eighteen hundred and sixty.
