machinery connected with the Stamp office, for
three years and ten months; for the payment of
Thomas Hambleton, for one flag furnished by order
of the House of Delegates; for the payment of
Robert J. Jump, clerk of the Circuit court for
Caroline county, for fees due by the State; for
the payment of Joseph H. Skinner, for work
done for the State; for the payment of Henry Med-
ford, for hoisting the flag on the State House one
day; for the payment of James E. Tate, for arti-
ticles furnished the House of Delegates, the Senate
and Court of Appeals.

CHAP. 375.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the Treasurer,
on. the warrant of the Comptroller, be, and he is
hereby authorised and directed to pay to Joseph
C. White, seven dollars and fifty-four cents; to
Sylvester Mudd, seven dollars and ninety-six cents;
to Samuel Hindes, one hundred and eighty-one dol-
lars and ninety-nine cents; to George Jacobi,
ninety-two dollars and sixty-two cents; to George
E. Franklin, thirty-one dollars and thirty-one
cents; H. G. Latourneau, three dollars; to John
Linderborn, four hundred and forty-six dollars and
fifty-eight cents; to James Wilson, two hundred
and thirty dollars; to Thomas H. Hambleton,
eighteen dollars; to Robert J. Jump, ninety-two
dollars and eighty cents; to Joseph H. Skinner,
three dollars and ninety-four cents; to Henry Med-
ford, one dollar and ten cents; to James E. Tate,
three hundred and ten dollars and three cents.

Authorised
to pay.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from, the date of its passage.

AN ACT for the relief of heirs of John Thawley,
deceased, former State Tax Collector for Caroline
county.
