AN ACT to authorise and require the Treasurer
of the State of Maryland, to pay to David C.
Blackiston, administrator of William H. Black-
iston, late of Kent county, deceased, a sum of
money being an overpayment into the Treasury
by said administrator.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Treasurer of the State of Maryland;
pay to David C. Blackiston of Kent county, ad-
ministrator of William H. Blackiston, late of said
county, deceased, the sum of one hundred and thir-
teen dollars and fifty-five cents, and interest there-
on from the twenty-eighth day of January, in the
year eighteen hundred and fifty-seven, it being an
overpayment to the Treasurer, on the account of
said William H. Blackiston, as collector of the
State tax in Kent county, for the years eighteen
hundred and forty-four and eighteen hundred and
forty-five, and that the Comptroller be and that
he is hereby authorised and required to issue his
warrant for the same; and that this act shall take
effect from its passage.
