pers from injury and loss, and that in the materials,
construction of the said buildings and other offices
generally, they shall as far as practicable and as
the means provided by this act will justify, have
a due regard to the security of said buildings and
offices from fire.

Place for the
sittings of
court.
|
SEC. 9. That the county commissioners for Kent
county be and they are hereby authorized and re-
quired to procure suitable places for the sittings of
the circuit court, and the security of the public re-
cords, and accommodation of the public officers
until said buildings shall be completed, as may be
necessary, and to levy the expenses thereof on the
county, and that in their annual levies they shall
make provision for the payment of the interest on
the said bonds semi-annually.

Accounts.

SEC. 10. That it shall be the duty of the com-
missioners appointed by this act, whenever and as
often as they may be required by the county com-
missioners of Kent county, to render an account of
their expenditures, and make a full report to them
of their proceedings in the premises.

SEC. 11. That this act shall take effect from its
passage.

AN ACT to amend the one hundred and eightieth
section, relating to schools, of Article three of the
Code of Public Local Laws.
|

Repealed.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the one hundred and eightieth
section, relating to schools, of article three of the
Code of Public Local Laws, be and the same is
hereby repealed, and the following enacted as a
substitute:

Levy.
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the county com-
missioners of Baltimore county, shall annually, at
the time of making the county levy, in addition to
the other levy for the use of schools, levy four cents
|
