CHAP. 22.
Compensation.
|
or remove, the vacancy or vacancies, shall be filled
by the others in writing.
SEC. 5. That the County Commissioners shall
levy upon the assessable property in Kent county,
such compensation to the Commissioners, not ex-
ceeding three dollars per day for their services, and
also pay all other expenses attending the execution
of this law.

SEC. 6. Be it enacted, That this act shall take
from its passage.

AN ACT supplemental to an act entitled, an act
appropriating a sum of money for rendering more
secure against fire, the State House and public
archives, for erecting a fire proof Record office,
and for enlarging the State Library room, and
the Hall of the House of Delegates, etc., passed
session 1858, chapter 105.

Appropria-
tion.
|
SECTION. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the sum of thirty-two thousand
dollars, be, and the same is hereby appropriated out
of any unappropriated funds in the Treasury, for
the payment of the obligations incurred by the
Committee appointed under the act of 1858, over
and above, the sum appropriated under said act for
erecting, enlarging and repairing the public build-
ings.

Vouchers.
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the various
vouchers for the claims to said amount of thirty-two
thousand dollars, shall be filed by the parties con-
stituting said committee, with the Comptroller of
the State.

|
Warrant.
|
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the Comptroller
of the Treasury be and he is hereby directed to is-
sue his warrant or warrants upon the orders and
certificates of S. Owen Hoffman and F. C. Crow-
ley, the parties constituting said committee, direct-
