AN ACT for the relief of Albert Dorney, authori-
zing the Clerk of the Circuit court for Harford
county to record a certain deed.
|

Deed to be
recorded.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the clerk of the Circuit court
for Harford county be and he is hereby authorized
and directed to record among the land records of
said county a certain deed from Alexander Colhoun
and Margaretta A. Colhoun, his wife; Thomas H.
Crawford and Sarah C. Crawford, his wife; James
B. Ross and Ann C. Ross, his wife; William L.
Ross and Ellen, his wife, and Thomas B. Ross, to
Thomas Dorney, which bears date on the seven-
teenth day of July in the year eighteen hundred
and thirty-five, and that the record thereof shall
in all respects have the same effect as if the same
had been correctly recorded on the thirtieth day of
September in the year eighteen hundred and thirty-
five.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage; but shall
not be construed to effect any suit at law or in
equity which may be now pending in regard to the
land described in said deed.
