AN ACT to authorise the County Commissioners
of Allegany county to levy for the use of Eliza-
beth A. Watson, as the heir of John Davis, de-
ceased, taxes overpaid.

SECTION. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the county commissioners of
Allegany county be and they are hereby authorised
at their discretion, to levy for the use of Elizabeth
A. Watson, such sums of money as they may be
satisfied, that she, as the heir of John Davis, de-
ceased, has overpaid to the different collectors of
county charges for Allegany county, such sum or
sums of money to be levied and collected, as other
county charges are levied and collected.
