the errata on page 143, "sections, " should read "sec-
tion 59; " the errata on page 264, is in section 25, and
not section 35; the errata on page 390, is in sec-
tion 37, and not section 39; the errata on page
417, section 43, should read "the provisions, " for
"this provisions; " the errata on page 463, section
42, should read "insert not, " before "able, " in-
stead of before "to; " the errata on page 647,
should read insert "and, " before "suit, " in second
line from top of page in section 104; the errata on
page 676, section 242, should read on 679, section 241;
secondly, the errata hereinafter mentioned, to wit: on
page 39, section 9, in the first line read "assignee, "
for "assignor, " and in the third line after the words
"unless the, " read "obligee, " for "obligor; " on
page 649, section 110, in seventh line, strike out
"such and, " after the word "in; " on page 364,
section 50, in the last line, strike out "less than, "
before "thirty dollars, " and insert after " thirty
dollars, " "or less; " thirdly, the corrections made
in the volume of Public Local Laws reported to the
General Assembly; fourthly, the errata herein-
after mentioned, to wit: on page 350, section 66,
in the first line, read "Monday, "for "day; " on page
861, section 133, insert in second line, after Mary-
land, "and return thereto, he; " on page 437,
section 49, in first line, read "seventeen, " for "fif-
teen; " on page 459, section 188, at end of section,
add "for election district number sixteen, two
justices of the peace and two constables; and for
election district number seventeen, two justices of
the peace and two constables. "

CHAP. 246.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the person who
may supervise the printing of the Code, is hereby
directed to have the aforegoing corrections of cleri-
cal errors carefully inserted.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted. That this act shall
take effect from its passage.
