AN ACT authorising the County Commissioners
of Anne Arundel county to levy a sum of money
for the relief of a Primary School in said county.

SEC. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
of Maryland, That the county commissioners of
Anne Arundel county, be and they are hereby au-
thorised and directed at their March term, eighteen
hundred and sixty, to levy such sum of money for
the relief of primary school district number fifty-
seven, junior, in said county, as the said county
commissioners may determine said primary school
district entitled to.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from date of its passage.
