CHAPTER 190.

CHAP. 190.

[text is illegible] corporate the North

[illegible] and purposes of said corporation,

as set forth in the constitution and by-laws there-

of, but the same shall be re-invested for the use

and benefit of said corporation, in the way most

conducive to the success thereof.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall

take effect from and after the day of its passage,

and the State of Maryland shall have and hereby
