AN ACT to revive the act of incorporation of the
town of New Windsor, passed December session,
eighteen hundred and forty-three, chapter forty-
seven.
|

SECTION 1 Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the act of incorporation of the
town of New Windsor, in Carroll county, be and
and the same is hereby revived and made as effectual
to all intents and purposes as if the said act of in-
corporation had not expired.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That all the acts passed
and done by the acting authorities of said town,
since the expiration of said act of incorporation
which were not inconsistent with the provisions of
said act while in force, be and the same are hereby
rendered as valid and effectual as if the said act of
incorporation had not expired.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
CHAPTER 184.

AN ACT to change the name of the Associated
Professors of Saint Mary's College in the city of
Baltimore, to that of the Associated Professors
of Saint Mary's Seminary in Baltimore city, and
to confirm to the said corporation by its new
name, all the rights and privileges held and en-
joyed under the old name.

Seminary of learning, heretofore established by the
act of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed
November session, eighteen hundred and four,
chapter seventy-one, and incorporated by the act of
December session, eighteen hundred and thirty-
eight, chapter one hundred thirty-seven, be and
