bona fide citizens of the aforesaid counties only.

CHAP. 178.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from and after its passage.

CHAPTER 178.

In force.

AN ACT for the relief of Henry M. Fitzhugh,
administrator of William Fitzhugh.

Passed March
8, 1860.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Treasurer he and he is
hereby required and authorised to pay to Henry
M. Fitzhugh, administrator of William Fitzhugh,
upon the warrant of the Comptroller, sixteen thou-
sand six hundred and thirty-two dollars, in full of
the amount due to the said William Fitzhugh, de-
ceased, under resolution number ten, passed at No-
vember session, seventeen hundred and ninety-one,
and under the resolutions passed in relation to said
claim at January session in eighteen hundred and
fifty-six and eighteen hundred and fifty-eight.

Authorised
to pay.

SEC. 2. Be it further enacted, That the said
amount is hereby appropriated in the same manner
and to have the same effect, to all intents and pur-
poses, as if the certificate ordered by the said reso-
lution, number ten, passed at November session,
seventeen hundred and ninety-one, had issued to
said William Fitzhugh, and said appropriation
was made for its payment.

Appropria-
tion.

SEC. 3. Be it further enacted, That the appropria-
tion herein made be and the same is declared to
be in full of all claims whatever on the part of the
heirs or representatives of said William Fitzhugh
on the State of Maryland.

SEC. 4. Be it further enacted, That this act shall
be in force from its passage.
