therefor: The commissioners of primary schools
may appoint a clerk, who shall receive such com-
pensation for his services as the said commissioners
of primary schools may determine, to be levied on
the assessable property of the county by the coun-
ty commissioners of said county.

AN ACT to authorise the vestry of Prince George's
parish, in Montgomery county, to hold a lot of
land, not exceeding fifteen acres, for a parsonage
and burying ground.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the vestry of Prince George's
parish, in Montgomery county, be and they are
hereby authorised to take, have, and hold, in per-
petual succession, a lot or parcel of land, lying and
being in said county, not exceeding in the whole
"fifteen acres" of land, to be used, improved and
enjoyed only for said purposes.
