AN ACT approving Ordinance Number Six of the
Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, approved
December seventh, eighteen hundred and fifty-
nine.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That ordinance number six of the
Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, approved
December the seventh, eighteen hundred and fifty-
nine, entitled an ordinance to authorise Elisha F.
Lupton, Charles G. Ridgely and Samuel J. Pentz,
and their associates, to lay down tracks for a pas-
senger railway in certain streets, be and the same
is hereby approved; Provided, that instead of a
double track on Hillen street, between Holliday
and Front streets, and across the bridge over Jones'
Falls, there shall be but one track, occupying the
middle of the street and bridge.
