Repealed.
|
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the nineteenth
section of the said twenty-fourth article of the code
of Public General Laws be and the same is hereby
repealed.

effect from the day of its passage.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the said original act, passed at
December session in the year eighteen hundred
and twenty-eight, chapter thirty-two, and the cor-
poration thereby created is hereby continued till
the end of the year eighteen hundred and eighty,
and until the end of the next session of the General
Assembly which may be held thereafter.

AN ACT to compensate John A. Lynch for the trial
of a case in the court of Appeals, as counsel on
the part of the State, by appointment of the
Governor.

to pay.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Treasurer be and he is
hereby authorised and required to pay to John A.
Lynch, upon the warrant of the Comptroller, the
sum of one hundred and fifty dollars, as compensa-
tion to him for the trial of the case of Ann Ham-
mond vs. the State, in the court of Appeals, as
