AN ACT to refund to James Harrison, Jr., former
collector of Talbot county, a sum of money there-
in named, being an overpayment of State taxes
into the Treasury.
|

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Treasurer of this State be,
and he is hereby directed, to pay, upon the war-
rant of the Comptroller, the sum of seven hundred
and three dollars and eighty-six cents to James
Harrison, Jr., for overpayments of taxes into the
Treasurer, as former collector for State tax for Tal-
bot county.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

AN ADDITIONAL SUPPLEMENT to an act, en-
titled, an act to appoint trustees for the Little
Falls Meeting House and Forrest Meeting House,
passed at December session, eighteen hundred
and twenty-three, chapter nine.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the deed from Eliza Foxcraft
to Amos Benson, William Lee, Amos Joseph Trim-
ble, Joseph Harlan, Robert Hollingsworth, Harmon
Pyle, David Ferris, Cherry Hoskins and Edmond
Preston, trustees of Little Falls Meeting House and
Forrest Meeting House, in Harford county, and their
successors, to be appointed according to the pro-
visions of the act to which this is a supplement,
conveying a certain lot of ground therein mention-
ed, executed the twenty-seventh day of August, in
the year eighteen hundred and fifty, and the same
recorded among the land records of Harford county,
in Liber H. D. G., number thirty-six, folio two
hundred and sixty-three, be, and the same is here-
