AN ACT to compensate Charles F. Goldsborough,
of Dorchester county, for expenses incurred by
him, in going to Caroline county, under appoint-
ment of the Governor, as special counsel for the
State of Maryland.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the treasurer of Maryland be,
and he is hereby directed to pay, upon the warrant
of the Comptroller, to Charles F. Goldsborough, of
Dorchester county, the sum of forty-five dollars,
being the amount of expenses incurred by him in
going to Caroline county, under appointment of the
Governor, as special counsel for the State of Mary-
land.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to repeal section one hundred and ninety-
one, chapter fourteen of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Kent county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That section one hundred and nine-
ty-one, chapter fourteen of the code of public local
laws of Kent county be, and the same are hereby,
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from its passage.
