CHAP. 106

Authorised
to sell.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the trustees of
the primary school in said district number one are
hereby authorised to sell and convey such portion
of the school house lot as they may judge to be
unnecessary for the purpose of said school, and to
apply the proceeds to the improvement of the
school house and grounds.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 106.

Passed Feb.
24, 1860.

AN ACT to authorise the County Commissioners
of Frederick county, at their discretion, to levy
a sum of money to construct a bridge across Ca-
tocton creek, in Frederick county.

Levy.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the county commissioners of
Frederick county, be and they are hereby autho-
rised, if in their judgment the public interest re-
quire it, to levy a sum of money on the assessable
property of said county sufficient to build a bridge
across Catocton creek, in Frederick county, on the
road from Bellsville to Middletown, at Kinas' old
ford.

In force.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
