LAWS OF MARYLAND.
CHAPTER 101.

AN ACT to refund to Zadock Marshall, late Col-
lector of State Taxes in Worcester county, an
over payment made by him into the Treasury.

Authorised
to pay.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Treasurer of the State be,
and he is hereby authorised and directed to pay
upon the warrant of the Comptroller, to Zadock
Marshall, collector of State tax in Worcester coun-
ty, for the year eighteen hundred and fifty-four and
eighteen hundred and fifty-five, the sum of ninety
dollars and five cents, the said sum being due the
said Zadock Marshall, on an account of an over
payment made by him into the treasury as ap-
pears by the books of the Treasury Department of
this State.

In force.

SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from its passage.

CHAPTER 102.

Passed Feb.
24, 1860.

AN ACT to authorise the Commissioners of How-
ard county, to levy a sum of money not to ex-
ceed three hundred dollars to rebuild School
House number four.

Authorised
to levy.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
of Maryland, That the commissioners of Howard
county, be authorised to levy a sum of money not
to exceed three hundred dollars to rebuild school
house number four.

In force.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
