Charles Kaflinski, sixty-seven dollars and fifty
cents; to Washington Elliott, two hundred and
sixteen dollars; to Horace J. Gambrill, Owen M.
Taylor, George Clay ton, R. V. Clayton, D. C.
Thompson, Richard Wells, George E. Gambrill,
and John Henshaw, five hundred dollars; to
James Iglehart, thirty-five dollars and ninety-six
cents; to Thomas A. Mitchell, sixteen dollars; to
William A. Parran, fifty dollars; J. Wesley
White, three hundred and sixty-six dollars;
Thomas Lee, five dollars and sixty-two cents; to
Frederick C. Hyde, three hundred and forty-five
dollars; to John H. Freeman, three dollars and
twenty-six cents; to Leonard Hayden, ten dollars
and forty-seven cents.

CHAP. 100.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to amend the eighty-second Section of
Article two of the Code of Public Local Laws,
relating to the salary of the Clerk to the County
Commissioners for Anne Arundel county.

Passed Feb.
28, 1860.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the eighty-second section of
article two of the Code of Public Local Laws, rela-
ting to the salary of the clerk to, the county com-
missioners for Anne Arundel county be and the
same is hereby repealed, and the following enacted

Repealed.

as a substitute therefor: The clerk to the county
commissioners for Anne Arundel county shall re-
ceive such salary as the said commissioners may
determine.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
