in a southerly direction, 1.4 miles to where the Fort Meade
boundary leaves said road; thence with said boundary in a
southerly direction, 0.3 miles to the middle of the Patuxent
River and the Prince George County line; thence with said
line and the middle of the river, in a general northerly direc-
tion, 3.3 miles to the common point of Prince George, Howard
and Anne Arundel Counties; thence with the Howard County
line and the center line of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad,
in a general northeasterly direction, 7.4 miles to where the
center line of the B. & O. R. R. intersects the center line of
State Road 176; thence with the center line of the same, in
a southeasterly direction, 0.55 miles to the center line inter-
section of said road and the County Road leading from Dor-
sey to Georgetown (Race Road); thence with the center line
of Race Road in a southerly direction, 0.55 miles to a point
where the driveway leading to the home of D. T. Heilman
intersects the County Road; thence cutting across the country
just south of a small pond, in a straight line, 1.53 miles to the
center line intersection of Maryland Route 713 and Maryland
Route 176; thence with the center line of Route 176, 0.55
miles in an easterly direction to where the center line of the
old County Road leading from Harmons to Dorsey intersects
same; thence with the center line of said old County Road,
in an easterly direction, 0.4 miles to the center line of the
Pennsylvania Railroad; thence running across country in a
straight line, in a southeasterly direction, 0.85 miles to the
intersection of Maryland Route 170 with the driveway lead-
ing to the house of H. E. Wagner; said point also being 0.65
miles south along Route 170 from its intersection with Route
176; thence in a northeasterly direction and with the north
boundary of the Wagner Farm (formerly John Smith), 0.7
miles to the head of a small stream which is a tributary of
Saw Mill Branch; thence down said stream in a southeasterly
direction, 0.85 miles to Saw Mill Branch; thence with the
same in a northeasterly direction, 1.1 miles to the center line
of the County Road from Ferndale to Benfield (Hollins Ferry
Road); thence with the same in a southerly direction, 0.05
miles to the line of District No. 3 where the County Road
leading from Fourth Avenue, South, Glen Burnie, intersects
the Hollins Ferry Road; thence with the outlines of District
No. 3, reversely, to the place of beginning.

(e) Beginning for the same at a point where the center line
of Maryland State Route 176 intersects the Baltimore and
Ohio Railroad and running from thence and with the center
line of said State Road, in a southeasterly direction, 0:55
