Road), thence with the center line of Race Road, in a south-
erly direction, 0.55 miles to a point where- the driveway lead-
ing to the home of D. T. Heilman intersects the County Road;
thence cutting across country in a straight line, 1.53 miles
to the center line intersection of Maryland Route 116 and
Route 713; thence with the center line of Route 176, 0.55
miles in an easterly direction to where the- center line of the
old County Road leading from Harmons to Dorsey intersects
the same; thence with the center line of the old County Road
in an easterly direction, 0.4 miles to the center line of the
Pennsylvania Railroad; thence running across country in a
straight line in a southeasterly direction, 0.85 miles to the
intersection of Maryland Route 170 at the driveway leading
to the house of H. E. Wagner; thence in a northeasterly
direction and with the north boundary of Wagner's Farm
(formerly John Smith) 0.7 miles to the head of a small
stream, a tributary of Saw Mill Branch; thence down said
stream, in a southeasterly direction, 0.85 miles to Saw Mill
Branch; thence with the same in a northeasterly direction,
1.1 miles to the center line of the County Road from Ferndale
to Benfield (Hollins Ferry Road); thence with the same in a
southerly direction, 0.05 miles to the line- of District No. 3
where the county road leading from 4th Avenue, South, Glen
Burnie, intersects the center line of said Hollins Ferry Road;
thence- with said county road in an easterly direction, 0.5
miles to where the center line of Marley Bridge County Road
intersects said County Road; thence with the center line of
Marley Bridge Road in a southeasterly direction 0.35 miles
to the center line intersection of Light Street Road; thence
still with the center line of Marley Bridge Road, in an east-
erly direction, 0.55 miles to its intersection with the center
line of the Governor Ritchie Highway; thence continuing
with the center line of Marley Bridge Road, 0.1 miles until
it intersects the property line of the Board of Education at
the- Glen Burnie High School; thence crossing said property
and running to a point in the center line of the Old Annapo-
lis Road, at the easternmost end of the subdivision of Glen
Gardens, 0.3 miles; thence with the center line of the Old
Annapolis Road, in a southeasterly direction, 0.75 miles to
where the center line of the Old Annapolis Road intersects
the center line of Marley Creek; thence with the middle of
Marley Creek, in a northeasterly direction, 2.5 miles to where
Marley Creek empties into Curtis Creek; thence with the
middle of Curtis Creek, in a northeasterly and northwesterly
direction, 1.6 miles to the Baltimore- City boundary; thence
with the same in a northwesterly direction, 2.95 miles to the
