from Greenbury Point to Tolly Point, 0.6 miles from Green-
bury Point, said point being where the mouth of the Severn
River enters the Chesapeake Bay; thence mth the approxi-
mate middle of the Severn River, in a northwesterly direc-
tion, 6.4 miles to a point on a line drawn from Arnold Point
to Brewer Point, 0.2 miles from Arnold Point; thence in a
westerly course, 1.9 miles to a point on a line drawn between
the southernmost point of St. Helena's Island to the eastern-
most tip of land at the mouth of Manderes Creek, 0.2 miles
from the southernmost point of St. Helena's Island; thence
on a True -North course, 0.5 miles; thence Due East, 1.3 miles
to the middle of the Severn River; thence with the middle of
the river in a northwesterly direction and up Severn Run,
5.3 miles to where the middle of Severn Run intersects the cen-
ter line of the General's Highway; Thence with the center line
of the same, in a southwesterly direction, 0.6 miles to Dorrs
Corner; thence continuing with the center line of the Gen-
eral's Highway, in a southerly direction, 1 mile to the center
line intersection at Severn Crossroads; thence with the cen-
ter line of the County Road leading from Severn Crossroads
to Wateri)ury, in a southwesterly, southerly and southeasterly
direction, 0.9 miles to the center line intersection of said road
with another County Road leading from Waterbury to St.
Stephens Church; thence with the center line of the last
mentioned county road, in a southwesterly, northwesterly and
southwesterly direction, 1.75 miles to another County Road
intersection; thence leaving the road to St. Stephens Church
and running with the County Road leading to the Crain
Highway, in a northwesterly direction, 0.8 miles to where the
center line of said County Road intersects the center line of
the Crain Highway (U. S. Route 301); thence with the center
line of said Highway, in a southwesterly direction, 2.25 miles
to where the center line of Maryland State Road No. 424
intersects the center line of U. S. Route 301; thence with the
County Road, which is the extension of Route 424, in a north-
westerly direction, 0.4 miles to where the center line of said
County Road intersects the middle of the Little Patuxent
River; thence with the middle of said river in a general
southerly direction, 2.6 miles to the junction of the Little
Patuxent and the Patuxent, and at the Prince George County
Line; thence with the middle of the Patuxent River, in a
southeasterly direction, 3.3 miles to where it intersects the
center line of Governors Bridge; thence leaving the river and
running easterly with the center line of the County Road
leading from Governors Bridge to Riva, 0.8 miles to its in-
