as contained in Item numbered 2 of the Last Will and Testa-
ment of Mary Wilmot Ridgely, said Will being recorded in
the office of the Register of Wills for Baltimore City in Liber
J. H. B. No. 201, Folio 31, etc., and to the deed dated June
26, 1944 and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City in Liber M. L. P. No. 6644, Folio 529, etc., from The
Fidelity Trust Company, Substituted Trustee under the Last
Will and Testament of Mary Wilmot Ridgely, deceased, to
The Womens Foreign Missionary Society of The Methodist
Episcopal Church, a corporation of the State of New York;
and also the sanction and consent of the General Assembly
of Maryland to the holding and disposal of said property by
The Womens Foreign Missionary Society of The Methodist
Episcopal Church, a body corporate of the State of New York.

4. To deed from Susan D. Campbell, widow, to The Trus-
tees of the Grace Memorial Baptist Church, dated August 19,
1948 and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City
in Liber M. L. P. No. 7548, folio 498, conveying the property
known as No. 2408 Puget Street, Baltimore, Maryland.

5. To the gift to St. Matthews Evangelical Lutheran
Church, located at the corner of Mayfield and Norman Ave-
nues in the City of Baltimore, Maryland, contained in the
Last Will and Testament of Rosina B. Relleker, deceased,
late of Baltimore City, of record in the Office of the Register
of Wills of Baltimore City, in "Wills" Liber J. H. B. 229,
folio 425.

6. To gifts to Vestry of Mount Calvary Church, Baltimore
(called in Deed "Vestry of Mount Calvary Church of Balti-
more City, Incorporated) contained in Deed of Trust dated
December 18, 1935 from Emily O. Stone-Alcock, Settlor and
George B. Stone-Alcock, her husband, to Safe Deposit and
Trust Company of Baltimore, Trustee, recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. 5590, folio
435 etc."

7. To deed from The South Baltimore German Methodist
Episcopal Church of Baltimore City to The Middle Atlantic
States Conference of the Wesley an Methodist Connection (or
church) of America dated February 12, 1943, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber M. L. P.
No. 6426, folio 164 conveying the property known as No. 1247
to 1251 Light Street, Baltimore, Maryland.

8. To deed from Joseph Dingle to The Trustees of the
United Glorious Church of Christ dated May 28, 1945 and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
