and bodies corporate to and for the use of certain ministerial
persons, religious and educational corporations, orders, de-
nominations and sects, and to certain charitable institutions
hereinafter named and hereinafter set forth.
1. To the bequests contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of Lloyd U. Watson, late of the City of Salisbury, State
of Maryland, deceased, said Will being duly probated and filed
in the office of the Register of Wills for Wicomico County,
Maryland, and recorded in Will Book, Liber J.A.H. No. 3,
Folio 214, as follows:
(a) The sum of One Thousand Dollars (f 1,000.00) to the
Vestry of Salisbury Parish, Salisbury, Maryland, in Para-
graph Second (B) of said Will, for the perpetual upkeep of
certain graves;
(b) All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate of
whatsoever kind, whether real, personal or mixed, whereso-
ever situate and whether now owned or hereafter acquired
by me, I give, devise, bequeath, limit, and appoint as follows,
that is to say:
Five percent (5%) thereof to Asbury Methodist Episcopal
Church, North Division Street, Salisbury, Maryland; and
Five percent (5%) thereof to Allen Memorial Baptist
Church, North Division Street, Salisbury, Maryland; and
Five percent (5%) thereof to Salvation Army, Salisbury
Maryland Branch, Salisbury Maryland.
2. To the grant and deed executed by William W. Dunn,
et ux., and George D. Insley, et ux., to John W. Insley, Wil-
liam A. Downing, John A. Insley, and Essau Larmore, Trus-
tees for the Methodist Protestant Church at Bivalve, and to
their successors in office, dated September 8, 1899, and re-
corded among the Land Records of Wicomico County, Mary-
land, in Liber J. T. T. No. 27, Folio 114, conveying a parcel
of land on the East side of and binding upon the County Road
from Bivalve to Nanticoke, in Nanticoke Election District of
Wicomico County, Maryland, and more particularly described
in said deed; and also the sanction and consent of the General
Assembly of Maryland to the acquistion, holding and convey-
ance of said property by the Trustees of The Bivalve Metho-
dist Protestant Church, the corporate successor to the original
grantees in said deed.
3. To the bequest of the reversion and annual ground rent
in the amount of $42.00 issuing out of the property known
as 1749 N. Chester Street, Baltimore City, State of Maryland,
