M. L. P. No. 6750, folio 61, conveying the property known as
No. 131 West Montgomery Street, Baltimore, Maryland.

9. To deed dated October 20, 1923, and recorded in Liber
B. H. T. No. 1, folio 176, of the Land Records of Queen Anne's
County, from the Trustees of the Seventh-day Adventist
Church in Church Hill, Maryland, to Chesapeake Conference
of Seventh-day Adventists, a corporation of the State of Dela-
ware.

10. To deed from Harry C. Irwin and Sadie Viginia Irwin,
his wife, to the Ezras Israel Congregation of Hamilton, dated
February 16, 1931 and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. 5196, folio 276, conveying
lots 144 and 145, as shown in the plat of Northfield, which
plat is recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore County
in Plat Book W. P. C. No. 6, folio 142.

11. To deed from John F. Suess and wife to The Trustees
of the Parkville Gospel Chapel, Incorporated, recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber J. W. B. No.
1564, folio 326.

12. To deed from Wilmer P. Webster and Violet E. Web-
ster, his wife, to Har Sinai Congregation of the City of Balti-
more dated July 7, 1948 and recorded among the Land Rec-
ords of Baltimore City in Liber M. L. P. No. 7503, folio 529,
covering property known as No. 5704 Berkeley Avenue.

13. To the bequests contained in the Will of the late
Georgia M. Bradfleld, dated July 22, 1947, admitted to pro-
bate on December 26, 1948, and recorded among the Will
Records of Harford County in Liber R. L. W., No. 122, folio
123, as follows:

(a) To Asbury Methodist Episcopal Church of Cecil County,
Maryland, the sum of Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00) and
it is suggested that this be utilized in the erection of a new
fence.

(b) To all the rest and residue of my estate, of every kind
and description, and wheresoever situate, I give, devise and
bequeath one-third of said residue unto the Methodist Epis-
copal Church of Havre de Grace, and the remaining two-thirds
to Asbury Methodist Episcopal Church of Cecil County,
Maryland.

14. To the bequests contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of Mrs. Emma E. Buckey, which was probated by the
