1943 Edition) to be known as Section 381, and to follow
immediately after the sub-title "County Commissioners,"
to prescribe the number of County Commissioners and
their terms of office, enlarge their powers, and fix their
compensation; and to declare this Act necessary to deal
with an acute emergency existing with respect to the
administrative machinery of government in Prince
George's County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 381, as amended by Chapter 756 of the Laws
of Maryland, 1949, Sections 382, 383, 384, 385, 386, 387,
Section 388, as amended by Chapter 907 of the Laws of
Maryland, 1945, Section 389, as amended by Chapter 399
of the Laws of Maryland, 1947, Section 390, as amended
by Chapter 76 of the Laws of Maryland, 1947, Section
391, Section 393, as amended by Chapter 75 of the Laws
of Maryland, 1947, Section 393A, as enacted by Chapter
827 of the Laws of Maryland, 1945, the Section enacted
as Section 394, by Chapter 933 of the Laws of Maryland,
1945, and as amended by Chapter 827 of the Laws of
Maryland, 1947, Sections 394, 395, 396, 397, 398, 399, 400,
401, 402, 403, 406, 407, 408, 409, Sections 410 and 411,
as amended by Chapter 367 of the Laws of Maryland,
1947, Section 412, Sections 413 and 414 as amended by
