Industry or for any school certificate or physician's certifi-
cate issued under the provisions of this sub-title; but in the
counties the physician or physicians designated by the De-
partment of Labor and Industry for each county shall be
entitled to receive a fee of two dollars for each physician's
certificate issued by him under the provisions of this sub-
title, said sum to be paid by the Department of Labor and
Industry.
41. All persons authorized to issue employment certificates
under this sub-title are hereby authorized to take such affida-
vits or administer such oaths as may be called for in the
issuance of certificates in this sub-title and are hereby for-
bidden to charge or receive a fee therefor.
42. Any inspector of factories or other authorized inspec-
tor, or any person authorized to issue employment certificates
or licenses as required by this sub-title or any person charged
with the enforcement of any of the provisions of this sub-
title, who knowingly and willfully violates or fails to comply
with any of the provisions of this sub-title, shall be fined not
less than $10.00 and if an employee of the Department of
Labor and Industry, in addition thereto shall be subject to
dismissal by the Commissioner of the said Department.
43. Any person authorized to sign any certificates, affi-
davits or papers called for by this sub-title, who knowingly
certifies to any materially false statement therein shall be
fined not less than $10.00.
44' Any minor working in or in connection with any of the
establishments or places or in any of the occupations men-
tioned in this sub-title, who refuses to give to the factory in-
spector or other authorized inspector his or her correct name,
age and place of residence, shall be forthwith conducted by
the inspector before the juvenile court if there be any
juvenile court in the city or county where such child resides,
or, if not, then before any court or magistrate having juris-
diction of offenses committed by children for examination
and to be dealt with according to law.
45. Any person, firm or corporation who hinders or de-
lays any factory inspector, or any officer charged with the
enforcement of any of the provisions of this sub-title in the
performance of his or her duties, or refuses to admit or locks
out any such inspector or officer from any place which said
inspectors or officers are authorized to inspect, shall be
punished by a fine of not less than $10.00 and not more than
