on the top thereof C 1927 No. 2 set down on the southwest-
ward side of Glasgow Street; (5) then S. 31 degrees 50 min-
utes west to a point where it intersects the existing division
line between the First and Second Wards which is a line
drawn from the southeast corner of Gay and High Streets
and extends in a northwestward direction and parallel to
Glasgow Street; (6) thence along said division line reversed
to a point where it intersects the old 1910 City limits; (7)
thence along said 1910 City limits S. 21 degrees 40 minutes
W. to a point where it intersects the northeast side of Park
Lane; (8) thence along the northeast side of Park Lane to a
point where it intersects the northwestward side of the prop-
erty now owned by Fred Lucas and known as The Baseball
Park; (9) thence along the northwestward side of the said
Baseball Park until it intersects the northeastward side
thereof; (10) thence along the northeastward side to the
southeastward side thereof; (11) thence along a line which
is the southeastward side of the said Baseball Park extended
in a northeastward direction to a point where it intersects
the division line between the first and second wards and which
has already been fully described above; (12) thence along
said division line to the southeast corner of Gay and High
Streets; (13) thence along the northwest edge of High Street
to Court Lane; (14) thence along Court Lane to the place of
beginning.
(c) Second Ward: Beginning for the outlines of the same
at the southeast corner of High and Gay Streets: (1) thence
in a southerly direction parallel with Pine Street to a
boundary planted in the middle of Muir Street distant four
hundred and eighty-three feet in a westward direction from
the curb of the westward side of Race Street; (2) thence in
a line parallel with Pine Street in a southward direction a
distance of one hundred and ninety-four and seven-tenths feet
to another bounder there planted; (3) thence in a southeast
direction three hundred and forty-eight feet to the northwest
corner of the store formerly occupied by E. M. Skinner and
Brother, said last-named bounder being one hundred and
thirty-four feet distant from the westward curb of Race
Street; (4) thence in a southward direction parallel with Pine
Street to a bounder planted in the middle of Washington
Street; (5) thence with the middle of Washington Street in
a westward direction three hundred and forty-eight feet to a
bounder there planted; (6) thence parallel with Pine Street
to the southerly side of Boundary Avenue; thence along a
line parallel with Pine Street and one hundred and fifty feet
from the easterly side thereof to the southeasterly side of
Bayly Road; (7) thence along said southeasterly side of
Bayly Road in a southwesterly direction to a point where it
intersects a line drawn parallel to the westerly side of Pine
Street and one hundred and fifty feet therefrom; (8) thence
