along said westerly parallel line in northerly direction until
it intersects the 1910 City limits which is the southerly side
of Boundary Avenue extended; (9) thence along said 1910
City limits in westward direction to a point where said City
limits turns to a northeasterly direction; (10) thence along
said 1910 City limits in a northeasterly direction to a point
that is one hundred and fifty feet from the southerly side of
Washington Street; (11) thence in a westerly direction,
parallel to and 150 feet distant from the south side of Wash-
ington Street; to the new 1927 western boundary line of the
City; (12) thence with said 1927 western boundary line in a
northerly direction to a boundary stone in the south side of
Washington Street and marked C 1927 No. 3, thence with the
south side of Washington Street to a point where it intersects
the 1910 City limits; (13) thence with the 1910 City limits N.
21 degrees 40 minutes E. to a point where it intersects the
northeast side of Park Lane; (14) thence along the northeast
side of Park Lane to a point where it intersects the north-
westward side of the property now owned by Fred Lucas and
known as The Baseball Park; (15) thence along the north-
westward side of said Baseball Park until it intersects the
northeastward side thereof; (16) thence along the northeast-
ward side of the southeastward side thereof; (17) thence
along a line which is the southeastward side of the said Base-
ball Park extended in a northeastward direction to a point
where it intersects the division line between the First and
Second Wards and which is described as a line down from
the southeast corner of Gay and High Streets and extends in
a northwesterly direction and parallel to Glasgow Street;
(18) thence along said division line reversed to the southeast
corner of Gay and High Streets, to the place of beginning.
(d) Third Ward: This ward begins at the foot of Gay
Street; thence with Court Lane to the northwest edge of High
Street; thence with the northwest edge of High Street to a
point opposite the southeast corner of High Street and Gay
Alley; thence across High Street to the southeast corner of
High Street and Gay Alley; thence in a southerly direction,
parallel with Pine Street, to the middle of Muir Street; thence
with the middle of Muir Street to the middle of Cambridge
Creek; thence down the middle of Cambridge Creek to inter-
sect the first line of the First Ward, and therewith to the place
of beginning.
(e) Fourth Ward: This ward begins at the foot of Muir
Street; thence with the middle of Muir Street to a boundary
planted in the middle of said Muir Street distant four hun-
dred and eighty-three feet in a westward direction, from the
curb on the westward side of Race Street; thence in a south-
east direction parallel with Pine Street, one hundred and
