northeasternmost side of Severn River Road, as both of said
highways are shown on the Plat of "Round Bay on the Severn",
prepared by A. Bouldin & Company, Surveyors and Civil Engi-
neers, and now of record among the Land Records of Anne
Arundel County; said point of beginning being at the western-
most corner of Lot No. 424, as shown on said plat; and run-
ning thence in a southeasterly direction, and binding on the
Southernmost lines of Lots Nos. 424 and 425, as shown on said
plat, and continuing the same course, a total distance of 362
feet 8 inches, more or less, to the westernmost outline of Lot
No. 398, as shown on said plat; thence in a southerly direction
and binding on the westernmost outline of said Lot No. 398,
25 feet more or less to a point in a line with the northernmost
lines of Lots Nos, 202, 201, 200, 199 and 198, as shown on said
plat; thence westerly and reversing said line, to and binding
on the lines of the lots above referred to, 362 feet more or less,
to the easternmost outline of Askewton Road, and thence in a
northerly direction, 20 feet, more or less, to the place of be-
ginning; this description being intended to include a portion
of the bed of said Severn River Road, 20 feet wide, as shown
on the Plat above referred to.

(b) All of Oak Grove Road 25 feet wide leading from Cy-
press Road in a Westerly and Northerly direction to Block a,
as shown on the plat of Oak Grove recorded among the Plat
records of Anne Arundel County, Maryland, in Plat Book No.
1 Rod 1, Page 7.

(e) All of the 20 ft. road bed leading from the end of the
present County Road known as the Winchester Station Road
in a southwesterly and southeasterly direction through the
property of Edgar Kenp and ending at the property of D. Ell-
wood Williams, being approximately 800 feet in length.

(d) All that part of Luna Lane in Round Bay, Anne Arun-
del County, Maryland, described as follows:

Beginning for the same at the corner formed by the inter-
section of the westernmost side of Luna Lane, with the north-
ernmost side of Riverview Road, as both of said highways are
shown on the Plat of "Round Bay on the Severn", prepared
by A. Bouldin & Company, Surveyors and Civil Engineers,
and now of record among the Land Records of Anne Arundel
County, said point of beginning being at the easternmost cor-
ner of Lot No. 127, as shown on said plat; and running thence,
in a southerly direction, and binding on the easternmost line
of said Lot No. 127, and on the easternmost lines of Lots Nos,
145, 146 and 147, as shown on said Plat,. 300 feet to the south-
ernmost corner of said Lot No. 147; thence, in a westerly di-
rection, and binding on the southernmost line of said Lot No,
