the office of the Register of Wills for Baltimore City in Wills
Liber J. H. B. No. 201, folio 195.
138. To the bequest of $500.00 to the Trustees of the Primi-
tive Baptist Church of Black Rock, Baltimore County, Mary-
land, under the Last Will and Testament of Orrick M. Ensor,
deceased, dated November 13, 1931, and Probated in the
Orphans' Court of Baltimore County on October 11, 1939.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sub-section
(Charles County) of Section 100 of Article 52 of the An-
notated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Justices
of the Peace", sub-title "Trial Magistrates System", making
it the duty of the State's Attorney of Charles County to
attend trials before the Trial Magistrate of said County and
providing the compensation for additional services.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sub-section (Charles County) of Section 100 of
Article 52 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition),
title "Justices of the Peace", sub-title "Trial Magistrates
System", be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:
100. (Charles County). There shall be one trial magis-
trate who shall sit at La Plata and shall receive an annual
salary of $1,200.00.
It shall be the duty of the State's Attorney of Charles
County to attend all trials before said Trial Magistrate and
to render such legal advice in criminal matters as the said
Trial Magistrate may request and, as compensation for his
