131. To the Deed from James J. Shedd to Francis H. Smith,
et al., Trustees of the Hyattsville Presbyterian Church of
Hyattsville, Prince George's County, Maryland, dated October
28, 1884, and recorded in Liber J. W. B. No. 4, folio 105,
whereby the property described therein is a tract on the
Washington-Baltimore Boulevard, 100 feet in width.
132. To the Bequest of Emily Mactavish to the Academy
of the Visitation B. V. M. of Mount deSales in Baltimore
County for the Education of Young Ladies, by her deed dated
October 6, 1883, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City in Liber R. T. A. No. 981, folio 28, etc., being
a one-half interest in the estates held by the Safe Deposit and
Trust Company of Baltimore, Substituted Trustee under Deeds
executed in 1904 by the said Academy of the Visitation, Emily
Mactavish and others to Alfred Jenkins Shriver, Trustee,
recorded in said Land Eecords in Liber R, O. No. 2077, folio
422 and 425, respectively.
133. To deed from Mary Elizabeth Hall, to St. Luke Evan-
gelical Lutheran Church of Silver Spring, Maryland, of prop-
erty on 425 Greenbrier Drive, Silver Spring, Maryland, re-
corded in Liber 868, folio 459, dated February 27th, 1942.
134. To a deed from Catherine Johns to The New Union
Baptist Church, Incorporated, of Baltimore, Maryland, which
deed is dated March 27, 1943, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City on March 27th, 1943, in Liber M.
L. P. No. 6440, folio 79.
135. To deed from Olive R. C. Kline to the Trustees of the
Riverdale Presbyterian Church of Riverdale, Prince George's
County, Maryland, a body corporate, said deed being dated
February 20th, 1942, and conveying Lot No. 26 of Block 6,
Section 1 of the sub-division known as University Park, as per
plat thereof recorded among the Land Records of Prince
George's County in Plat Book D. N. R. No. 2 at folio 69.
