Liber R. L. L. No. 1, folio 179, one of the records in the office
of the Register of Wills for Frederick County as follows:
Under the terms of the Will, there was left to the Linganore
Methodist Episcopal Church in Unionville, Maryland, the sum
of f200.00 for the care and upkeep of tombstones and monu-
ments in the cemetery of said church, an additional sum of
$200.00 for the purpose of installing an elevator in said church,
and the further sum of $300.00 for the general purposes of said
church. Also, by final paragraph in said Will she directed that
her Executor invest all the rest and residue of her estate and
pay the interest over to Ralph T. Barnes, during his life. The
amount of the rest and residue distributed to the Executor in
Trust amounted to $9,528.84.

128. To the following bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Virginia M. Baker, late of Frederick County,
Maryland, deceased, and recorded in Liber R. L. L. No. 1, folio
153, one of the Record Books for Wills in the office of the
Register of Wills of Frederick County.

(a) To the bequest to "The Vestry of All Saints Parish in
Frederick County", a body corporate, the sum of Three Thou-
sand Dollars ($3,000.00) absolutely, free from all trusts, rec-
ommending and believing that they will place the same with
and add it to the Endowment Fund of All Saints Parish in
Frederick City.

(b) To the bequest to the Theological Seminary of the Prot-
estant Episcopal Church, known as "The Theological Seminary
of Virginia", located in Alexandria, Virginia, the sum of Five
Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) absolutely, free from all trusts,
recommending and believing that the income from said sum
will be used in the education of young men for the ministry.

129. To the following bequest contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Annie Weddle, late of Frederick County,
Maryland, deceased, and recorded in Liber R. L. L. No. 1,
folio 339, one of the Record Books for Wills in the office of the
Register of Wills of Frederick County.

To the "Trustees of Mount Prospect Methodist Episcopal
Church of Mechaiiicstown Circuit, Frederick Countyv>and State
of Maryland", a body corporate, the sum of One Hundred Dol-
lars ($100.00) for the perpetual care of the two lots in the
cemetery adjoining the said church at Lewistown, Frederick
County, Maryland, as provided in said Will.

130. To deed dated October 27, 1883, from Robert K.
Elliott, Trustee, to Francis H. Smith, Fred E, Bankhoges,
David U. Kesbit, John L. Shedd, and Seth A. Holton, Trustees
of the Hyattsville Presbyterian Church of Hyattsville, convey-
ing Lots Eighteen (18) and Nineteen (19) in the sub-division
