queathed to the Denton Methodist Episcopal Church (now
First Methodist Church of Denton) the sum of $888.74.

121. To the devise, by way of contingent remainder, to the
Trustees of the New Castle Presbytery (the same having been
incorporated by Chapter 249 of the Acts of the General Assem-
bly of Maryland for the year 1886, under the name of "The
Presbytery of New Castle"), made by Ella M. Armstrong by
the third item of her Last Will and Testament dated January
15, 1941, duly probated on May 27th, 1941 and recorded in the
office of the Register of Wills for Wicomico County, Maryland,
in Will Book J. A. H. No. 1, folio 542, of certain land in the
Town of Mardela, Wicomico County, Maryland.

122. To the deed from Bessie G. Eareckson, widow, to
Samuel N. Earp, Roger C. Laynor and James O. Vermillion,
Trustees for Melville Methodist Episcopal Church) of Howard
County, Maryland, dated June 30th, 1920, and recorded among
the Land Records of Howard County in Liber H. B. N. No. 113,
folio 276, etc.

12i3. To the deed from Samuel N. Earp and James O. Ver-
million, Surviving Trustees, to "The Trustees of the Methodist
Episcopal Church of Melville Chapel", dated February 19th,
1941, and recorded among the Land Records of Howard
County in Liber B. M. Jr., No. 169, folio 408, etc.

124. To the bequest under the Will of Mrs. Augusta E.
Grimes to the Vestry of the Church of St. Michael and All
Angels, of the Diocese of M'aryland, located at present at the
corner of St. Paul and Twentieth Streets, in the City of Balti-
more, and State of Maryland, of the sum of One Thousand
($1,000) Dollars, absolutely, for the Endowment Fund.

125. To deed from Joseph A. Kahler, to The Radomer Russ
Pohl Uiiterstitzungs Verein of Baltimore City, a body cor-
porate of the State of Maryland, on November 6, 1942, a small
tract of land containing 1.06 Acres of land, more or less, situ-
ate on the west side of Hamilton Avenue in the 14th Election
District of Baltimore County, for the purpose of establishing
a cemetery thereat.

126. To deed from The Vestry of St. James Protestant Epis-
copal Church of Moiiktoii, My Lady's Manor, of Baltimore
County, to Harry W. Shipley, Jr., said Deed is recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber C. H. K. No.
1239, folio 20.

127. To the bequests created by the Will of Emma J. Barnes,
late of Frederick County, deceased, the Will being recorded in
