Whereas, the provisions of these Sections are no longer
applicable; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 656-658 of Article 11 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Frederick County, " sub-title "Pensions, " be and they are
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

Approved March 2, 1943.

CHAPTER 91.
(Senate Bill 156)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 711-718 of Article 11 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Frederick County, " sub-title "Schools, " said Sec-
tions relating to levying of taxes and the expenditure
of funds for schools.

Whereas, the provisions of these Sections have been
superceded by the General Laws of the State; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 711-718 of Article 11 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Frederick County, " sub-title "Schools, " be and they are
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

Approved March 2, 1943.

CHAPTER 92.
(Senate Bill 157)

AN ACT to repeal Section 758 of Article 11 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Frederick County, " sub-title "Tramps, " said Section
exempting Frederick County from the State Law relat-
ing to Tramps.
