Whereasf the provisions of the State Law now apply to
Frederick County so that the provisions of this Section
are no longer necessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 144 of Article 11 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Frederick County, " sub-title "Disturbance of the Public
Peace, " be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

Approved March 2, 1943.

CHAPTER 89.
(Senate Bill 154)

AN ACT to repeal Section 145 of Article 11 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Frederick County, " sub-title "Doorkeeper of Court
House, " said Section relating to the payment of keepers
of the gates or doors in the Court House and the warm-
ing of the Court Room.

Whereas, the provisions of this Section are no longer
applicable; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 145 of Article 11 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Frederick County, " sub-title "Doorkeeper of Court
House, " be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

Approved March 2, 1943.

CHAPTER 90.

(Senate Bill 155)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 656-658 of Article 11 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Frederick County, " sub-title "Pensions, " said Sec-
tions relating to the payment of "Outdoor Pensions. "
