Whereas, the present State law as to tramps and vaga-
bonds applies to Frederick County; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 758 of Article 11 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Frederick County, " sub-title "Tramps, " be and it is here-
by repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

Approved March 2, 1943.

CHAPTER 93.
(Senate Bill 158)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 632-633 of Article 11 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Frederick County, " sub-title "Navigation, " said
Sections relating to the removal of old fish dams and
obstructions in the Monocacy River.

Whereas, the provisions of these Sections are no longer
applicable; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 632-633 of Article 11 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Frederick County, " sub-title "Navigation, " be and they
are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

Approved March 2, 1943.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 869-874 of Article 11 of the
