sanction and consent of the General Assembly of Maryland to
the holding and disposal of said property by The Grace Full
Gospel Church.

62. To the grant and deed of assignment executed by
Francis C. Verweike to August Brause, et al, Trustees of The
Bethlehem Evangelical Lutheran Church, dated May 20, 1904,
and duly recorded among the Land Eecords of Baltimore City
in Liber E. O. No. 2074, Folio 510, etc., conveying property
situate at the northeast corner of Oliver Street and Collington
Avenue, in Baltimore City, and more particularly described in
said Deed; and also the sanction and consent of the General
Assembly of Maryland to the holding and disposal of said
property by August Brause, et al, Trustees of The Bethlehem
Evangelical Lutheran Church.

63. To the grant and deed executed by John P. Whittler to
The Bethlehem Evangelical Lutheran Church of Baltimore
City, dated May 26, 1909, and duly recorded among the Land
Eecords of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 2502, Folio
237, etc., conveying the reversion and annual ground rent of
One Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($150.00) issuing and pay-
able out of property situate at the northeast corner of Oliver
Street and Collington Avenue, in Baltimore City, and more
particularly described in said Deed; and also the sanction and
consent of the General Assembly of Maryland to the holding
and disposal of said property by The Bethlehem Evangelical
Lutheran Church of Baltimore City.

64. To deed from Mary J. Marvel, widow, to The Catholic
Foundation of the Diocese of Wilmington, Inc., a body cor-
porate of the State of Delaware, its successors and assigns,
forever in fee smple, of a part of the William H. Jackson
property in that part of the City of Salisbury known as Cam-
den, in Camden Election District, of Wicomico County and
State of Maryland, which deed is dated October 1, 1942, and
was recorded on October 5, 1942 among the Land Eecords of
said Wicomico County in Liber J. W. S. No. 242, folio 487.

65. To the grant and conveyance of two ground rents of
Ninety Dollars (f 90.00) each, reversionary interests in the lots
and improvements known as No. 3723 Beehler Avenue and No.
3725 Beehler Avenue in Baltimore City, State of Maryland,
from Crown Eealty Corporation, a body corporate, unto the
Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal Church of the Fayette
Street Station in the City of Baltimore, a body corporate
under the laws of the State of Maryland, by deed dated March
11, 1942, and recorded among the Land Eecords of Baltimore
City in Liber M. L. P. No. 6286, folio 603, etc.
