906 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 683

Preachers' Aid Society of Baltimore, dated October 22, 1941,
and duly recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City
on October 22, 1941, conveying the reversion and annual
ground rent of Seventy-eight Dollars ($78.00) issuing and pay-
able out of property known as No. 5318 Grindon Avenue, in
Baltimore City, and more particularly described in said deed;
and also the sanction and consent of the General Assembly of
Maryland to the holding and disposal of said reversion and
annual ground rent by the Methodist Preachers' Aid Society
of Baltimore.

58. To the grant and deed executed by the Key Realty Cor-
poration to the Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Resur-
rection, Inc., dated October 9, 1941, and duly recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City on October 11, 1941, con-
veying property known as No. 4200 Pennington Avenue, in
Baltimore City, and more particularly described in said Deed;
and also the sanction and consent of the General Assembly of
Maryland to the holding and disposal of said property by the
Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Ressurection, Inc.

59. To the grant and deed executed by The Howard Real
Estate Corporation to The Carmelite Sisters of Baltimore,
dated July 7, 1936, and duly recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L, No. 5638, Folio 258, etc.,
conveying the reversion and annual ground rent of Ninety-Six
Dollars ($96.00) issuing and payable out of property known
as No. 542 Wyanoke Avenue, in Baltimore City, and more par-
ticularly described in said Deed; and also the sanction and
consent of the General Assembly of Maryland to the holding
and disposal of said reversion and annual ground rent by The
Carmelite Sisters of Baltimore.

60. To the grant and deed executed by Theodore C. Waters,
et al., Receivers, to the National Spiritualist Association, dated
October 29, 1929, and duly recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 5059, Folio 31, etc.,
conveying property situate at the southeast corner of North
Avenue and Hope Street, in Baltimore City, and more par-
ticularly described in said Deed; and also the sanction and
consent of the General Assembly of Maryland to the holding
and disposal of said property by the National Spiritualist
Association.

61. To the grant and deed executed by the National Spir-
itualist Association to The Grace Full Gospel Church, dated
December 7, 1942, and duly recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore City, conveying property situate at the southeast
corner of North Avenue and Hope Street, in Baltimore City,
and more particularly described in said Deed; and also the
