66. To the grant and conveyance of a ground rent of
Ninety-six Dollars ($96.00), reversionary interest in the lot
and improvements known as No. 2525 Cedar Drive, Larchmont,
in Baltimore County, State of Maryland, from The Park
Front Company, a body corporate, to the Trustees of the
Methodist Episcopal Church of the Fayette Street Station in
the City of Baltimore, a body corporate of the State of Mary-
land, by deed dated June 16, 1942, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber C. H. K. No. 1235,
folio 399, etc.

67. To the grant and conveyance^ of a ground rent of
Eighty-four Dollars ($84.00), reversionary interest in the lot
and improvements known as No. 109 S. Morley Avenue (known
also as Morley Street) in Baltimore City, State of Maryland,
from David S. Brown and Sara Brown, his wife, to the trustees
of the Methodist Episcopal Church of the Fayette Street Sta-
tion in the City of Baltimore, a body corporate of the State of
Maryland, by deed dated August 1, 1942, and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber M. L. P. No. 6349,
folio 236, etc.

68. To the grant and conveyance of a ground rent of
Seventy-eight Dollars ($78.00), reversionary interest in the lot
and improvements known as No. 300 E. Lorraine Avenue in
Baltimore City, State of Maryland, from Crown Realty Cor-
poration, a body corporate, to the Trustees of the Methodist
Episcopal Church of the Fayette Street Station in the City of
Baltimore, a body corporate of the State of Maryland, by
deed dated October 31, 1942, and recorded among the land
records of Baltimore City in Liber M. L. P. No. 6388, folio
58, etc.

69. To a deed dated August 12th, 1931, from William H.
McNeil, widower, and Hugh McNeil, Jr., and Viola B. McNeil,
his wife, to The New Union Baptist Church, Incorporated, a
body corporate of the State of Maryland, its successors and
assigns in fee simple, which deed is recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. O. L. No. 5242, folio 148.
the said corporate name having since been amended to the The
New Union Baptist Church, Incorporated, of Baltimore, Mary-
land.

70. To the bequests contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of Mary M. Davison, late of Baltimore City, deceased, of
record in the Office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City,
in Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 206, Folio 443, viz:

To the Ladies' Aid Society connected with the Milton Ave-
