Begister of Wills of said County, in Wills Liber E. L. L. No. 3
Folio 238.

53. To deed from Albert L. Disharoon and Josephine E.
Disharoon, his wife, to Saint Francis de Sales Church at Salis-
bury, Wicomico County, a body corporate of the State of Mary-
land, its successors and assigns, forever in fee simple, of parcel
of land in the Town of Delmar, in Delmar Election District,
of Wicomico County and State of Maryland, located on the
Northerly side of Chestnut Street and on the Easterly side
of the State Boad, which deed is dated August 21, 1942, and
was recorded on August 29, 1942, among the Land Becords
of said Wicomico County, Maryland, in Liber J. W. S. No. 242,
Folio 295.

54. To the grant and deed executed by the Hebrew Edu-
cation Society of Baltimore City to the Talmud Thore Wamun-
na Free School for the Study of Hebrew, dated October 17,
1920, and duly recorded among the Land Becords of Baltimore
City in Liber S. C. L. No. 3663, Folio 81, etc., conveying prop-
erty known as No. 125 North Aisquith Street, in Baltimore
City, and more particularly described in said deed; and also
the sanction and consent of the General Assembly of Mary-
land to the holding and disposal of said property by the Tal-
mud Thore Wamunna Free School for the Study of Hebrew.

55. To the grant and deed executed by Charles S. Eich, et
al. to The Vestry of St. PauFs Parish in Baltimore County,
dated January 6,1939, and duly recorded among the Land Bec-
ords of Baltimore City in Liber M. L. P. No. 5899, folio 227, etc.,
conveying the reversion and annual ground rent of Thirty-
Eight Dollars (f38.00) issuing and payable out of property
known as No. 1036 North Collington Avenue, in Baltimore City,
and more particularly described in said deed; and also the
sanction and consent of the General Assembly of Maryland to
the holding and disposal of said reversion aijd annual ground
rent by The Vestry of St. Paul's Parish in Baltimore County.

56. To the grant and deed executed by the Ten Hills Eealty
Corporation to The Brantly Baptist Church of Baltimore,
dated January 5, 194£, and duly recorded among the Land
Eecords of Baltimore City, conveying property situate on the
northwest side of Edmonson Avenue, in Baltimore City, and
more particularly described in said deed; and also the sanc-
tion and consent of the General Assembly of Maryland to the
holding and disposal of said property by The Brantly Baptist
Church of Baltimore.

57. To the grant and deed executed by The Lord's Day
Alliance of Maryland, Incorporated to The Methodist
