SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

CHAPTER 87.
(Senate Bill 151)

AN ACT to repeal Section 100 of Article 11 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Frederick County, " sub-title "County Commissioners, "
said Section relating to the levying of taxes for sinking
funds.

Whereas, all acts providing for bond issues by Frederick
County have provisions for the levying of taxes, thereby
making the provisions of this section unnecessary; there-
fore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 100 of Article 11 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Fred-
erick County, " sub-title "County Commissioners, " be and
it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

Approved March 2, 1943.

CHAPTER 88.
(Senate Bill 153)

AN ACT to repeal Section 144 of Article 11 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
'"Frederick County, " sub-title "Disturbance of the Public
Peace, " said Section exempting Frederick County from
the provisions of the State Law.
