CHAPTER 624.
(House Bill 685)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments. Section
512 of Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land (1930 Edition), title "Baltimore County", sub-title
"Orphans5 Court", as said section was repealed and re-
enacted by Chapter 201 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland at the regular session of 1937, providing that
the Orphans' Court of Baltimore County meet on Saturday
of each week, in addition to its present meetings.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 512 of Article 3 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Baltimore County",
sub-title "Orphans7 Court", as said section was repealed and
re-enacted by Chapter 201 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland at the regular session of 1937, be and the same
is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
512. The Orphans' Court of Baltimore County shall meet on
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday
of each week at ten o'clock A. M. and continue their session
for such length of time on each of such days as in their judg-
ment the public interests require.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1943.

CHAPTER 625.
(House Bill 687)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 490
of Article 4 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
and Baltimore City Charter (1938 Edition), title "Balti-
more City", sub-title "Criers, Bailiffs, Watchmen and Stenog-
raphers", increasing the pensions for bailiffs for the several
courts of Baltimore City, and reducing the number of years
of service to make a bailiff eligible for pension.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 490 of Article 4 of the Code of Public Local
