(k) such other information as may be requested by the
Board of License Commissioners for Anne Arundel
County, or the Board of County Commissioners for
Anne Arundel County.

(1) name and address of licensee operating such premises,

(m) date of report,

(n) name of Police Officer making inspection.

Provided, however, that the Chief of the Police Department
of Anne Arundel County may at his discretion, direct that
such inspections be made at more frequent or less frequent in-
tervals, than provided herein.

The necessary blank report forms required herefor, shall be
furnished to the Police Department by the County Commis-
sioners for Anne Arundel County. One copy of each report
shall be sent to the Board of License Commissioners for Anne
Arundel County.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1943.

CHAPTER 623.
(House Bill 684)

AN ACT to repeal Section 542 of Article 3 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Balti-
more County7, sub-title "Primary Elections", stating the
fact that the general law supersedes the local law.

WHEREAS, Section 542 of Article 3 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), merely declares an
existing status which is covered by the general law and is
consequently unnecessary, therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by tine, General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 542 of Article 3 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Baltimore
County", sub-title "Primary Elections77, be and the same is
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1943.
