804 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 622

CHAPTER 622.
(House Bill 683)

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 2 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Anne
Arundel County", sub-title "Police Department", said new
section to be known as Section 406-1, and to follow imme-
diately after Section 406H of said Article, relating to the
duties of the police of Anne Arundel County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and the same is hereby added to
Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Anne Arundel County", sub-title "Police De-
partment', said new section to be known as Section 406-1, and
to follow immediately after Section 406H of said Article, and
to read as follows:

406rl. Not less than once each sixty days, the police of
Anne Arundel County shall inspect all premises licenced for
the sale of merchandise, restaurants, amusement places, and
places where alcoholic beverages are sold, and shall file a
written report in duplicate, setting forth the following in-
formation:

(a) if any pin ball device or other amusement device is
operated on such premises, the type of Anne Arundel
County license authorizing the operation of same.

(b) if milk is sold, whether there is Maryland Health De-
partment permit authorizing such sale.

(e) if merchandise is sold, whether there is a traders
license.

(d). if cigarettes are sold, whether there is a cigarette
license.

(e) if food is served, whether there is a restaurant license.

(f) if a soda fountain is operated, whether there is a soda
fountain license.

(g) if there is a music box operated, whether there is a
music box license.

(h) if alcoholic beverages are sold, the class of alcoholic
beverage license.

(i) whether or not dancing is permitted on the premises.
(j) any violations of the law or suspected violations.
