CHAPTER 582.
(House Bill 604)

AN ACT to repeal Section 381 of Article 15 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Kent
County", sub-title "Stallions",.

WHEREAS, there is a State law which has superseded the pro-
visions of this section; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 381 of Article 15 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Kent County", sub-
title "Stallions", be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1943. :

Approved May 4, 1943.

CHAPTER 583.
(House Bill 6'05)

AN ACT to repeal Section 382 of Article 15 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Kent County", sub-title "State's Attorney", said section
relating to fees to be charged by the State's Attorney.

WHEREAS, the State's Attorney is now paid a salary,
thereby making this section unnecessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 382 of Article 15 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Kent
County", sub-title "State's Attorney", be and it is hereby,
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1943.

Approved May 4, 1943.
