CHAPTER 580.
(House Bill 602)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 221 to 241, inclusive, of Article 15
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Kent County", sub-title "Justices of the Peace
and Constables", said sections relating to the number of Jus-
tices of the Peace and Constables for Kent County.

WHEREAS, the provisions of these sections have been super-
seded by the general laws of the State; therefore

SECTION 1. Be It enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 221 to 241, inclusive, of Article 15 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Kent County", sub-title "Justices of the Peace and Cons-
tables" y be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1943.

Approved May 4, 1943.

CHAPTER 581.
(House Bill 603)

AN ACT to repeal Section 291 of Article 15 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Kent
County", sub-title "Minors", said section relating to minors
being on the public streets in incorporated towns of Kent
County at night.

WHEREAS, the provisions of this section seem no longer ap-
plicable; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 291 of Article 15 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Kent County",
sub-title "Minors", be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1943.
