CHAPTER 584.
(House Bill 606)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 76 and 77 of Article 15 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Kent County", sub-title "Bridges", sub-heading "Bridge at
Crumpton. "

WHEREAS, legislation has been enacted directing the State
Roads Commission to take over and maintain the bridge at
Crumpton as a part of the State Highway System, thereby
making these sections unnecessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 76 and 77 of Article 15 of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Kent Coun-
ty", sub-title "Bridges", sub-heading "Bridge at Crumpton",
be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1943.

Approved May 6, 1943.

CHAPTER 585.
(House Bill 607)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 67-75 of Article 15 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Kent
County", sub-title "Bridges", sub-heading "Bridge at Ches-
tertown", said sections relating to the bridge at Chestertown.

WHEREAS, the provisions of these sections are no longer ap-
plicable; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 67-75 of Article 15 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Kent County",
sub-title "Bridges", sub-heading "Bridge at Chestertown", be
and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1943.
