CHAPTER 578.
(House Bill 600)

AN ACT to repeal Section 84 of Article 15 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Kent
County", sub-title "Bridges", sub-heading "Rules", said sec-
tion authorizing the County Commissioners to make rules
for the use of certain bridges.

WHEREAS, the provisions of this section are no longer neces-
sary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary*
land, That Section 84 of Article 15 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Kent County", sub-
title "Bridges", sub-heading "Rules", be and it is hereby re-
pealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1943.

Approved May 4, 1943.

CHAPTER 579.
(House Bill 601)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 78-80 of Article 15 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Kent
County", sub-title "Bridges", sub-heading "Bridge over Sas-
safras River", said sections relating to the riding or driving
over the bridge over the Sassafras River.

WHEREAS, the provisions of these sections are no longer ap-
plicable; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 78-80 of Article 15 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Kent County",
sub-title "Bridges", sub-heading "Bridge over Sassafras River",
be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted. That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1943.
